Martino is in his sixth season in the MLS, first full season with Los Angeles. He split the 2006 season between L.A. and Columbus, where he played his first four full seasons in the MLS. In 2002, Martino's first season in the league, he won the MLS Rookie of the Year, playing in 22 games, starting 15, scoring two goals and adding five assists.
