Is the Dallas D/ST too risky a play against Green Bay? If so, should I play Denver vs Oakland instead or go find a real sleeper???

Good afternoon everyone! Dallas' secondary will have trouble with the multiple-receiver sets - I would use the Rams this week - good matchup, have started playing better - even over Denver, who I like over Dallas

I would go with Winslow in a very close call - more catches and no question its him if its a PPR league, closer call in traditional formats

From one Scott to another: Let's Let's talk defense. I'm considering benching the Packers DEF vs. the high-rolling Cowboys and starting San Fran D vs. the pathetic Panthers? Also is Crayton a good start since Woodson is likely out?

San Fran's D/ST has played better recently, but I like GB for more turnovers by one or two - If Harris is on Owens, Romo will go to Witten, so Crayton is an OK, but not outstanding start

Bush is more versatile and is a better overall yardage and TD threat

Is K. Jones still a guy to count on for receptions as a RB? Seems like Cason is getting a lot of receptions lately and Jones could still have value against Minn if he's involved through the air.

I think they don't want to overwork Jones because of his foot - and Kitna is not th ebest for screens - I like Jones better in traditional leagues right now

Hey Scott, can you explain why everyone is so down on Cutler this week? He's had back-to-back solid performances (from a fantasy perspective) and the Raider defense doesn't seem very strong these days. I have Garrard as my other QB and it seems to me he has a much tougher match-up in Indy.

I'm not down on Cutler at all - but Gararrd is more steady and will limit mistakes in any matchup

TMR is not slacking - he is quite busy and gets involved in more projects than Donald Trump - Considering your other options, I would use the Minny RBs

So, I have both Ryan Grant and the Denver three. Can I bench Ryan tonite and be okay with whoever "starts" for the Broncos, even if it means Selvin and THenry might share carries, or Travis gets hurt during the game...again? Or should I go the safe(?) route and start Ryan Grant tonite?

Be safe and go with Grant - of the three RBs in Denver I would trust Young the most this week

Johnson - I think he will bounce back nicely and Driver is no longer the top target as Favre spreads it around a lot

I have an ethical question for you scott. I play in a 14 team league and there is 3 teams going for final spot. all three teams are facing tough games. However, in one game one teams opponent is sitting lt, palmer, edwards to let one of the teams win. Should commish do something or let it be?? Thanks

Good call Taylor - the Rams are a good sneaky play this week - but neching the Bucs doesn't mean Brees will play well or vice versa - the fact they face each other doesn't mean much - Brees could still throw two picks and two interceptions and the Bucs will have a decent defensive day - but I like the Rams, actually

Scott, in your Week 13 RB rankings you have Peterson (CHI) at 16, Grant at 18 and K. Smith at 21. Would those rankings be different for a PPR league?

No - I still like Peterson the best as he can catch passes out of the backfield

Scott, This has been bugging me. I start Wes Welker, Gostowski, and Ben Watson each week. I am 6-6 on the year. Do you think I should switch kickers or play a tight end such as Scheffler, LJ Smith or Greg Olsen over Watson. Or playing these three guys from the Pats is ok? I know a weird question but its playoff time and I really need the advice. Thanks!!!

Kickers can be random but I do like Gostkoswki this week - I still like Watson over those guys - I don't think your problems are the TE and K posiitions - those are usually bonus points and the rest of your team must be more consistent

The Weather Channel predicts a 40 percent chance of rain - if your other options are not good, you lock them in - keep in mind Roethlisberger had a great game against the Ravens in the rain - it all dpends on your alternatives

No - Holt has become a top WR by beating even th ebest CBs, and Hall is kinda overrated right now
