Chat with NASCAR driver Ryan Newman 
With the 50th running of Daytona coming up Feb. 17, the 2008 season begins Saturday with the Bud Shootout at Daytona International Speedway. Newman will race in the Shootout and will be looking to find Victory Lane.
While Newman did not record a win last season, he did earn seven top-10 finishes, including two top-5s. In his career at Daytona, he has two top-10s, including one top-5 finish.
