Namoff is in his eighth season in the MLS, all spent with D.C. United. In 2007, Namoff led the D.C. United defense in allowing only 34 goals, the third fewest in the league. Last season, Namoff was fifth on the team in minutes played (2,089), playing in nearly every minute of the 24 games he started. Through two games this season, he has played all 90 minutes in both games.
