Johnson is one of 25 drivers that will be at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on June 4 for the Prelude to the Dream race. The race is a charity event, which will be broadcast live HBO Pay-Per-View starting at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. The race benefits the construction of Victory Junction Gang Camp II in Kansas City, as well as the Tony Stewart Foundation.
Johnson is working on back-to-back Cup championships and is looking for his third straight title in 2008. Entering the race at Dover, Johnson sat in ninth place in the points standings. In 12 starts this season, Johnson has four top five finishes. He also has one win on the season.
