Welcome to The Show! On Monday, Philadelphia Philllies first baseman Ryan Howard will stop by to chat about the final stretch in the MLB season.

In his third full season in the major leagues, Howard has surpassed 100 RBIs every year. With about 40 games still left to play in 2008, Howard has over 100 RBIs and leads the National League.

Howard won the 2006 NL MVP award in his first full season when he hit .313 with 58 HRs and 149 RBIs. The previous year, he won the NL Rookie of the Year when he hit 22 HRs in 88 games.

With the Phillies off on Monday, Howard will be at the Little League World Series. He'll be working with Subway, reminding kids the benefits of being active and staying and eating healthy.
