Under the current structure of the Raiders I do not see success. They need to first hire a GM with decision making power and allow him to hire his head coach. At that point the Raiders may be able to have some success.

I like Buffalo off their bye week. Edwards is a go and I think a multi-dimensional offense can still give issues to the San Diego defense. Quentin Jammer will not be able to press the speedy Lee Evans who should make some plays in the vertical passing game./

I would still say the East. Both divisions will beat each other up within but I think the East will perform better out of division and out of conference.

Actually his second season but might as well be a rookie based on all his time missed last year. I still think he can develop. Losing Kiffin does not help though because he has been a coordinator and coached the position and I think him being gone reflected somewhat on Russell last week

Changes from week to week... I think he is the best young QB. Manning meaning Peyton has struggled. Eli became Eli last week. Romo? Haseelback is hurt. McNabb is in the mix... this is a league of average QB's

I don't think Williams will complain. He co-existed with Johnson in Detroit when the wealth was spread... I just think he is happy to be anywhere but there so I think T.O. would be the first to gripe about touches.

Mr. Green, I must express some frustration with you. Last year about this time I noted to you in this forum that Scott Linehan should be shown the door as he perpetually used injuries and various excuses for pathetic play. I said the team had no depth and was no better than the day he got there, in fact could be worse. You felt that would be a quick trigger and that the injuries were a legitmate issue. Well, here we are a year later and it has been a WASTED year. The franchise is singnificantly worse than when he took over. There is NO depth and a litany of very, very poor draft choices. Sometimes the quick trigger is a good thing.

Baker has played well and that pick does not look liek a reach right now. The entire line has done a nice job of playing aggressive and opening up holes. It is a no name group but they are physical and play hard/.
