David, I'm 32 and work hard at staying in shape. I'm only 5'10" and a half so always had to use my speed, quickness and hops as a competitive advantage. I still have my speed and quickness pretty close to win I was 25, but my hops has lost at least 6 inches in the vertical. I used to be able to grab the rim w/ two hands and now I'm barely grabbing it w/ one. Is there anyway I can get my hops back?
