Insider Fantasy Top Performers chat!

We're calling them "Insider Fantasy Top Performers" and here's how it will work: After watching Sunday's games, as well as the Monday Night game, we'll ask some of the day's biggest stars to join us. These chats will be open to all ESPN.com users, but only Insiders are eligible to get their questions answered.
On Monday, Indianapolis Colts safety Bob Sanders will stop by to chat about his team's 18-15 win over the New England Patriots. In his first game back, after missing five straight, Sanders helped the Colts defense beat the Patriots. Sanders recorded eight tackles Sunday night and one interception as the Colts moved to 4-4.

Bob is here!
Mike, MI
Bob, your the meanest, hardest hitter in the NFL; it's science. How does Monday morning feel after all those crushing blows.
Bob Sanders (3:07 PM)
Thanks. I am a little sore, but by Tuesday or wednesday I feel pretty good and I am ready to get started for the next week.
Latham (Texas)
Bob, welcome back! Which is more fun? Intercepting a pass or laying a huge hit on a receiver and causing a fumble? And is Peyton Manning as funny off the field as he is in those commercials?
Bob Sanders (3:08 PM)
Hey Latham. I would have to say probably laying the big hit is more fun, because that is my job, and that's what I do. But stat wise an interception is probably better overall. But the big hit is more fun. As far as Peyton, he is definitely funny, in fact a lot funnier in person than in those commercials.
Dave, LV
Bob, does the team ever give Peyton crap for all of his commercials?
Bob Sanders (3:09 PM)
Yeah, definitely. We have to, not because he has so many, but just the way they are set up...some of them are pretty corny, so we laugh about it.
Chris (LA,CA)
Many are saying that your injury has been part of the reason the Colts have not played to their potential this year. Can you help your team make the playoffs this year?
Bob Sanders (3:10 PM)
I am going to try to. I am now the savior though. Everyone has a job they have to do. I can only take care of one job, out of eleven on defense. Everyone has to do their job.
SprungOnSports (Long Island)
How does it feel to be back on the playing field, and in your first game get a huge home win against New England?
Bob Sanders (3:12 PM)
It feel good. It has been a few weeks and it is always tough when you are not out there, helping out. So it feels very good to be back and a win against the Pats always feels great, because they are a good team and always make plays and get the ball to their playmakers. It always feels great.
Brian (Iowa)
Do you and Dallas talk Iowa Football a lot?
Bob Sanders (3:13 PM)
Every week. It is huge. College football is a big topic of coversation we have in the locker room. We talk about who has the best team and who is playing week to week.
Nancy (Indy)
Do you wear your Super Bowl ring a lot?
Bob Sanders (3:14 PM)
I have never worn it. Probably when I am done playing I will wear it. But right now I do not. We still have more to win, and I do not want to dwell on the past wins.
JC (New Jersey)
Hey Bob, what's your take on all the late-hit, unnecessary roughness penalties and fines (also known as Ward-gate)?
Bob Sanders (3:15 PM)
I really do not know much about it. I do not keep up with it. I really do not have an opinion of it. I would have to look into it to understand it, which I have not done.
Josh (OKC)
Where did you learn to hit so hard?
Bob Sanders (3:16 PM)
Josh, it has always been there, ever since I stated playing football when I was 11 or 12. I have always been an aggressive tackler and as I got older I kept getting better and kept working at it.
Matt (IN)
As professionals, do you ever look at a win and think the performance wasn't good enough, or do you just take it because it was a win?
Bob Sanders (3:17 PM)
As a player you are always very critical of yourselves whether you win or not. You want to get the win, and say a win is a win regadless of what happened. But to get better you have to correct mistakes and expect more from yourself. I am very hard on myself and that helps me get better.
Dwaine (Tulsa)
Who wins the BCS?
Bob Sanders (3:18 PM)
I am going with Penn State. I have to stick with the Big 10. I have to go with them. Hopefully they get in.
Bob Sanders (3:19 PM)
Thank so much for coming out and talking. I hope to do it again sometime soon. Thanks.
