In Shane's case the general notion is that his doping was limited to one fight. He has an otherwise pristine reputation as a great fighter and a great guy and I, along with many others, probably will cut him some slack when the HOF vote comes.

I hope this isn't unfair, but I feel like ESPNews and ESPN.com really focus on boxing weekends when its a PPV. Obviously, the bigger fights are on PPV so it would make sense that they'd cover it on the mainpage. That said, I feel like big time fights like Hatton-Castillo and Calzaghe-Hopkins have gotten less ESPN coverage because they were on regular HBO. I really don't agree with you. We have plenty of coverage of non-PPV fights, like this one and many others. Obviously, the bigger fight will get more TV coverage, which makes sense. But, for example, I will have at least one TV appearance about this fight, which is not PPV.

How do you manage your DVR recording boxing, FNF especially which usually goes past the schedule time so it doesn't record the whole show. Do you add extra time or just record whatever comes on after? There's been so many times i've missed the decision or last few rounds a FNF main event because it went past the scheduled time.

I ALWAYS set FNF and any live boxing for at least 30 minutes extra. You never know.
