Do you plan on staying at 135 for the rest of your career?
Juan Manuel Marquez (11:37 AM)
I couldn't tell you right now. God willing, everything will come out right with this fight. Until then we will just have to wait and see.
Juan Manuel... Who is your favorite fighter right now, besides yourself. Good luck this weekend.
Juan Manuel Marquez (11:39 AM)
My favorite fighter is Julio Cesar Chavez. He's not only a favorite of mine but he's a favorite of many people from Mexico.
Juan Manuel, You are my favorite fighter and an all time great! How are you preparing for Diaz's pressure style. He says you can't keep up his pace. Marquez TKO8!!! MEXICO!
Juan Manuel Marquez (11:41 AM)
I have worked really hard for three long months and I have trained for his pressure. I know there is a way to counter his pressure and that's what we will do.

I would like to know if you have had to adjust your style of boxing since moving up to 135 lbs. How does your body feel fighting at a higher weight?
Juan Manuel Marquez (11:43 AM)
Back in September when I made the jump to 135, I was determined to work hard and get my body adjusted to fighting at that weight. Right now, I feel very good at 135.

Hello Juan Manuel. I am a huge fan and never miss your fights. Do you think being in Juan Diaz's hometown will be a factor or disadvantage for you? Thanks.
Juan Manuel Marquez (11:44 AM)
I don't feel that fighting in his home town will be an advantage or disadvantage.

Jaun, good luck on Saturday, you're one of my all time favorites. If Hatton beats Manny, are you interested in moving up to 140 for a fight with him? Both being Golden Boy is should be easy to make!
Juan Manuel Marquez (11:46 AM)
My mind is 100% on Juan Diaz right now. If a fight with Hatton becomes available then I would look at it but right now I'm focused on Diaz.

Juan Manuel Marquez (11:47 AM)
I feel very good and storng. I don't how much longer I will fight but I'm sure my body will let me know when it is time to move on from boxing.

JMM, if there is ONE fighter in history you could have faced off with in the match of your dreams, who would it be?
Juan Manuel Marquez (11:49 AM)
It would have to be Azumah Nelson of Mexico. He was a great fighter!
Juan Manuel Marquez (11:50 AM)
Thanks everybody for all the great questions and for that, my gift to you this weekend will be a great fight!
