You're coming off a grueling series with Cleveland. How is the body holding up?
Rashard Lewis (11:32 AM)
You get a little tired from playing 82 games in the regular season and playoff games. I think we played over 100 games in all this season. The most important thing is to take care of your body off the court. You need to keep hydrated. You have to replenish what you loose. To do that, I drink POWERADE ION4.

Hi Rashard As we all know you are a matchup nightmare, how will you respond playing against Pau Gasol on both ends of the floor?
Rashard Lewis (11:35 AM)
He's a difficult match up for me when he post up but he has to guard me on the arc. He also has to help double team Dwight and hopefully that will open up the perimeter.
Shannon (San Antonio)
Were you upest that Lebron didn't shake hands with you guys.
Rashard Lewis (11:36 AM)
No, I wasn't upset. We knocked them out of the playoffs and stopped their chances of winning a championship. I know he didn't mean anything by it, it was just a heat of the moment kind of thing.
Do you think nelson will come back? If so, how much better does he make the Magic?
Rashard Lewis (11:38 AM)
We're not sure if he's coming back but he has practiced with us. He's been out for a couple of months so his rhythm and conditioning if off. If he does play, it won't be a lot but he will help out as much as he can.

Rashard... What is the best aspect of your game and which part needs the most improvement? Congrats on making it to the NBA Finals and good luck!
Rashard Lewis (11:39 AM)
The best aspect of my game is being able to shoot from the perimeter and being able to post up. I need to work most on my ball handling.
What do you think of the crowd at home so far during the playoffs?
Rashard Lewis (11:40 AM)
It's a different atmosphere from the regular season. The fans have more energy and that intern gives us more energy and that's why we were able to close out Cleveland at home.
What do you think the biggest challenge will be when you face the Lakers?
Rashard Lewis (11:41 AM)
The biggest challenge will be their experience. They made it to the Finals last year and their leader Kobe has three rings.

Rashard... Which current NBA player has helped you the most throughout your career?
Rashard Lewis (11:43 AM)
I would have to say Detlef Schrempf. When I first got to Seattle he was still there. He always talked to me and told me what I was doing right and wrong. He has always been there to help me get to where I'm at now.
Travis (Columbus, OH)
What are your keys to focus on against the Lakers in the Finals?
Rashard Lewis (11:44 AM)
We have to stop their anchor Kobe Bryant. If we slow him down we will have a better chance to win. The Lakers also have a good deep bench. We have to find a way to control players like Odom, Walton, Brown, Farmar and Vujacic who can come off the bench and contribute in many different ways.

What do you think is the key to your teams sucess this season
Rashard Lewis (11:46 AM)
The key to our success is Dwight Howard. The coaching staff deserves a lot of credit too. They work hard everyday to prepare us. Our team chemistry is great too.
Hey Rashard! Stan Van Gundy's image has unfairly taken some heat this year, both by fans and other players. I was wondering how the players felt playing under him, and what kind of coach is he?
Rashard Lewis (11:48 AM)
He's a great coach. Most of the comments come out of frustration. Dwight was upset when we lost to Boston in the playoffs and was talking about how he didn't get the ball. But Coach Van Gundy is a great coach and I enjoy playing for him.
Ziggy Holmes (Orlando, FL)
Hey Rashard. I love the way you shoot. You have such a high shooting form and unorthodox release that is seemingly unblockable. On an average training day, how many shots do you take and from where? 3-point land mid-range? I really want to shoot like you. Thanks Rashard! Get us a RING!!!!!
Rashard Lewis (11:49 AM)
Everyday I take up about 200-300 shots during the season and a little bit more during the off season. Before and after practice I shoot from both mid-range and 3-point because you want to practice every shot that you can.
Rashard Lewis (11:51 AM)
Thank you for the Q&A and continue to support the Orlando Magic throughout our NBA Finals run.
