Prospect (4:01 PM)
Hey this is Shane aka Prospect, let's chat!
Ibn (STL)
What did you place in your first tournament?
Prospect (4:02 PM)
My first tournament I placed right out of the top 16. Ever since then, I wanted to work hard to be where I needed to be in order to win.
Will (High Side Water)
So leading up to Coumbus,on the daily what would you play? Wingman? Matchmaking? Also, who would your number 1 wingman be?
Prospect (4:03 PM)
That's mostly what I play. My number one wingman has to be AJMercs. We always have fun playing together.
Josh (Tx)
How did you come up with your Gamertag?
Prospect (4:04 PM)
That's a good question! I used to always just use my name Shane and out of nowhere I came up with the name Prospect. I like to focus on playing the game and not the way my name appears.
Josh (tha fORT, Florida)
I watched the Tourney live on MLGpro.com you guys demolished, congrats. what does it take to be a solid gamer?
Prospect (4:06 PM)
To be a solid gamer you have to be able to lead and follow. You need to understand your position on your team. You have to learn and understand the games you play. After all that, you have to go out there a preform.
FLynn (MY Huge House)
Why isnt there a Lacrosse game?
Prospect (4:07 PM)
(Laughing) I'm not sure, my guess would be that their isn't that big of a fan base. When you have football, baseball, and basketball, lacrosse isn't really up there.
Tyler (Snohomish)
What do you like better COD 4 or COD WAW?
Prospect (4:09 PM)
To be honest, I only play COD 4 for fun. I'm not really competitive in that game.
Ritchie "TeRRoRR" Martinez (Bronx,NY)
Be honest. Did losing distortion to the Nsanez make you wanna win more? And what does Prison bring to the table that Distortion didnt?
Prospect (4:10 PM)
Of course, especially knowing that you have to play that team. It adds more fuel to the fire. It drives us to what to be No. 1.
Tiny(Melbourne, Australia) [via mobile]
When you tell people your a 'professional gamer', do you find any stigma attached?
Prospect (4:12 PM)
As soon as I became a pro, my family and friends know and supported me. At school, people didn't know but I guess they started finding out as my picture was posted online. They came up to me and told me that it was cool. I'm not embarrassed about it at all.
Jake (Kansas)
Do you feel that you should have won the mvp award over prison? And how does it feel to know you have a player like yourself and prison on the same team?
Prospect (4:13 PM)
I'm not selfish so if it went to somebody else on my team, I'm proud of them. He did good and deserved it. He's a great asset to our team. Prison always wants to get better and understand more. I'm happy for him and his award.
Christian (New Jersey)
What unkown team who never participated in MLG would you think would do good and you no personally ?
Prospect (4:16 PM)
I'd have to say the team with Twistedshot and Sicacell. They showed that they can compete against the best, win or lose.
Matt (new orleans)
Hi,what is your favorite game?Mine is halo 3.
Prospect (4:17 PM)
I've always had the most fun playing Madden. Every time a new one comes out, I have a big tournament at my house. My friends and I just enjoy going at it with each other.
Better@43 (Park Row, NY)
What is your advise to new groups interested in becoming pro's?
Prospect (4:19 PM)
The number one thing is you have to keep playing the game. You have to stay together and keep practicing and little by little you will continue to get better. Don't let the nonsense ruin your team because you will never see any improvement if you do.
Prospect (4:20 PM)
Thanks to all the fans who have there from the start. We're practicing hard and ready to compete in Dallas.
