Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, former NFL cornerback and 2009 NFL Hall of Fame inductee Rod Woodson stops by the 'Nation to chat about his efforts to help men overcome their fears about visiting doctors and putting an end to prostate cancer.

Woodson is working on The Depend Campaign to End Prostate Cancer. As an African American, Woodson is at an increased risk for prostate cancer, so this year at age 44, he will receive his first prostate cancer screening.

Woodson spent 17 seasons in the NFL playing with four different teams. He ended his career leading the league in career interceptions returned for touchdowns (12) and interception return yards (1,483).
