RJ Suarez (McAllen)
How does it feel to be PRO? How did you get so good and how long did it take?
Naded (4:05 PM)
It feels pretty good. It's pretty laid back lifestyle. We don't need to do too much, practice and online play as much you can. I just played as much as I could. I competed really well and doing well against some of the top players. I decided to go to one of the tournaments with my team and we ended up placing sixth in the first tournament. It didn't take me that long, maybe 5 months to go pro.
Jimmy (Boston)
What does team Carbon have to improve on to get first place in Anaheim?
Naded (4:06 PM)
I think we have to improve on pretty much everything. There's always room for improvement. We are practicing every day, getting our shots down and our team work every day.
Pat Campbell (Malvern, PA)
How do Shockwave and Walshy compare to teammates that you've had in the past? Do you feel that the experience that they bring is allowing you to develop into a stronger player?
Naded (4:07 PM)
Yeah, I definitely think it's helped me be a much stronger player. I can't compare them to any of the teammates in the past. They are two of the smartest players in Halo. I just keep improving every day that I play with them. It's only going to get better.
aaron (nj)
great job at dallas how long do you play everyday with you team?
Naded (4:07 PM)
I have been playing probably 7-8 hours a day. I just try to play as much as I can. I'm not really doing that much outside of Halo. Just gaming a lot and making sure my shot's really good for the tournament.
Breckan (Houston, TX)
Walshy vs Naded 1v1 on LAN who wins? Good luck in Anaheim.
Naded (4:08 PM)
Actually, we played 6 1v1s before Dallas and he won the first one and I decided I would start trying and I won the next 5. It was some pretty epic plays in those games. But definitely me over Walshy in 1v1.
Hamzeh (Chicago Ridge, Illinois)
How did u feel when Carbon asked u join the team? how did you come up with the name Naded and how do you plan on improving individually and as a team for Anahiem?
Naded (4:10 PM)
I was so excited. I was debating whether or not to play any more because I wasn't getting any good team offers. Shockwave gave me a call and I was excited to get back on a team. My first gamer tag that I made up was Lemonaded. So I just took out the first part and shortened it to Naded.
ShaTTeR (Greenfield, Indiana)
Hey Naded. I was wondering what was your first real MLG event like?
Naded (4:11 PM)
It was definitely nerve wracking, going in there and immediately playing top teams, without ever playing those teams before. Our team ended up working really well. We ended up knocking off some teams. It felt good.
Nick (Dallas, TX)
Why do most pro's play on 3 sensitivity? Isn't it more beneficial to be able to react faster?
Naded (4:12 PM)
I am sure a lot of pros play 3. I don't know about all of them. It's just all personal opinions of it. If you like to look faster and look around the map faster, then 5 tends to be good. 3 is just good for me, because it keeps my shot very good. Not too slow, not too fast.
Ryan (Denver)
Which game do you wish was on the circuit?
Naded (4:13 PM)
I don't really play any really other games competitively. I wouldn't really want another one besides Halo. If there was another game to come on the circuit, I would want to try to be good at it.
Nick (Wisconsin)
Congrats on the 2nd place finish! Hopefully it will be a first place finish in Anaheim. Just wanted to ask how does it feel? are you enjoying the game more than ever now? and what's a random thing that you enjoy or do that most people wouldn't know?. Also thank you for all the intensity that you show while you play(Best event so far with your team yelling and being so pumped up). You make me feel like you actually enjoyed playing the game last event which most pros don't seem too personify
Naded (4:14 PM)
Yeah, I'm definitely enjoying playing. A lot of passion came back to me after joining Carbon. I've just been playing as much as I can and having fun as well. I've definitely been having a lot more fun than in the past.
BTRREMIX (Columbus)
Your good, real good. Anything you do that you wouldnt think anyone else does?
Naded (4:15 PM)
Yeah, there is definitely a lot of things that I think I am better than than some other pro players. I'm sure everyone has their opinions. I think I'm one of the most skilled players on the circuit, as far as sniping and decision making skills.
Cameron (Atlanta, GA)
Who do you think the top 4 players are right now?
Naded (4:16 PM)
I definitely think players like Neighbor, Snipedown, Hysteria are all highly skilled players. They're definitely the ones I look out for when I play against them. I make sure they don't have sniper. When I have to change my game to play against them, those are the ones I think are the best players.
Jon (NY)
What other games do you enjoy? Do you get as into those games as you are with Halo?
Naded (4:17 PM)
I have played a lot of games, but I don't think I have gotten into them as much as Halo. I play them once in a while, but not too much, like Halo.
Dynamite Kidd (Louisiana)
Congrats to you and carbon Naded!Who do you think is going to be your toughest competition in Cali?
Naded (4:19 PM)
I think if we play Str8, they'll probably come into the next match wanting to beat us. We're going to have to step up our game and make sure we play just as good as the last time.
Naded (4:19 PM)
Thanks for all the fans and their support.
