Chat with Orel Hershiser
Hershiser joins Bobby Valentine and Dan Shulman as ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball crew.
Welcome to SportsNation! On Friday, former MLB pitcher Orel Hershiser will stop by to chat about the Little League World Series and the MLB season.
Hershiser was a three-time MLB All-Star (1987-89). The 1988 season was a career year, finishing 23-8 and setting an MLB record by throwing 59 consecutive scoreless innings. He won the Gold Glove, Cy Young, NLCS MVP and World Series MVP en route to the 1988 title.
The former long-time Dodger is helping the "SUBWAY Baseball DeSIGNS" tour which collects baseballs designed by Little Leaguers and autographed by celebrities to be auctioned off to benefit the Little League Urban Initiative. Celebrities that have autographed baseballs this year include the cast of "Glee," Katy Perry, Zac Efron, Ashley Greene, Blake Griffin, Michael Phelps, Ryan Howard, and Drew Brees, among others.
Send your questions now and join Hershiser Friday at 12:15 p.m. ET!
