Blatche was drafted in the second round, 49th overall, in the 2005 draft, the last year high school players were eligible for the draft.

Welcome to SportsNation! On Wednesday, despite the NBA lockout still in effect, we'll be talking some hoops with Washington Wizards forward Andray Blatche.

Blatche just finished up his sixth season in the league, all spent with the Wizards. After being a part-time starter for the last few years, Blatche moved into the starting lineup in 2010-11, averaging 16.8 ppg and 33.9 mpg.

ESPN.com has spent the offseason ranking every player in the NBA, from 1-500, as voted on by their 91 NBA experts. On Wednesday, Blatche found himself at No. 147 in the rankings.

Blatche, on Sept. 30, through the USO will host 15 military personnel and guests aboard the USS Sequoia Presidential Yacht. He will also be making a $10,000 donation toward building a recreation room at the Wounded Warrior and Family Center at Ft. Belvoir, Va.
