Ryan Leaf
Leaf played 25 games in his career.

Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, former NFL quarterback, and second overall pick, Ryan Leaf stops by to talk about the football season as well as his new book "596 Switch" that hit stores in October.

The book tells the story of Leaf's football career, from his high school recruitment to his discussion of his failure in the NFL. It examines the highs and lows of leading Washington State to the Rose Bowl and his third-place Heisman finish. He talks candidly about his addiction to prescription pain killers, as well as wanting to inspire people to ask for help when needed.

After a record-setting college career, Leaf was drafted No. 2 overall behind Peyton Manning in the 1998 draft. His NFL career lasted just four seasons, three with the San Diego Chargers and one with the Dallas Cowboys.

Send your questions now and join Leaf Thursday at 1:20 p.m. ET!
