Eric Karabell (3:02 PM)
Hello to all and welcome to the latest fantasy sports chat session! I am Eric, and we're talking baseball but also football if you like today. I will try to get to as many questions as possible in the hour we've got, so thanks for showing up and here we go!
Brad (NYC)
Is it foolhardy to be trading for Lincecum (even NL only)? That BABIP is too high to sustain, and I think he may get better soon. I've been offered Timmy for Hanrahan and AJ Ellis. Don't mind parting with Ellis (have Molina); I'm thinking the Pirates may trade Hanrahan away...
Eric Karabell (3:03 PM)
It's not at all foolhardy; in fact, with his strikeout rate Lincecum is a smart buy low option. I think he might be hurting, hopefully not like Halladay but there could be something wrong, but using luck as a gauge, he's due for some. Make that deal every time....
JJ (Boston)
EK, would you drop Freddie Freeman? I currently own Hosmer and Trumbo too.
Eric Karabell (3:03 PM)
I'd try to wait... on Freeman and Hosmer, frankly. I think both will hit.
Joey Eakins (Springfield, MO)
Over or under--10 saves for Ernesto Frieri?
Eric Karabell (3:04 PM)
At this point it seems over, doesn't it? Scioscia is riding the hot pitcher and he's not giving anything up. So yeah, over 10 saves. Might be their guy the final 4 months.
KC (St Louis)
The slumpers Zobrist and Wieters were dropped. Who should I spend my number 1 waiver priority on? I Could use either position.
Eric Karabell (3:05 PM)
Wow, I'd get both. Each should be owned in all leagues... depends on who your catcher is, I suppose. If it's someone good, then get Zobrist. Multi eligibility, steals bases, will hit for power. If your catcher is bad, then it's Wieters.
Nick (DC)
Pena or Rizzo (when he comes up) in an OBP league?
Eric Karabell (3:05 PM)
Pena. He's up now and he gets on base. Rizzo is doing wonderfully in the minors but we've seen it before, and the big leagues are different. Pena will always take his walks, whiff a lot and hit for pop. We don't know more about Rizzo than we did a while ago.
Mark (Philly)
Better use of the DL spot, Drew Storen, Andrew Baily, Chris Carpenter or Carl Crawford. I do not have any glaring needs so whoever I would own would be an added bonus.
Eric Karabell (3:06 PM)
Well, I think there are always saves available, and there are no guarantees those guys get saves anyway, so I'd say Crawford. At least there's 5-category upside that there isn't with the others. Though I am skeptical on CC.
Bob (STL)
Been offered an interesting trade: I would give up Morneau, McCann, and Bruce and get Bourn, Texiera, and Rosario. I have J Montero as my backup C...is it worth it?
Eric Karabell (3:07 PM)
I'd probably stick with what you've got, though I'd try to move Morneau fast. But McCann and Bruce are obviously legit. Bourn is hitting for power but is really a steals guy.
Craig (Wa)
Need a closer, it's Stubbs for Axford good value
Eric Karabell (3:08 PM)
Not really, but if you need a closer, then whether the trade is fair or value is irrelevant. I make plenty of trades that only make sense knowing the circumstances. Who cares if the trade looks good? I just wanna win.
Ray (NY)
Hey EK! Whatsup? Please Rank ROS for Carlos Quentin, Andy Dirks, Raul Ibanez, Cameron Maybin? and if I throw in Heyward and Francoeur they top that, correct?
Eric Karabell (3:08 PM)
Yes, Heyward 1, but then Maybin, Frenchy, Ibanez, Quentin and Dirks.
Dan (Boston)
Drop Maybin for a lesser hyped speedster like Schaefer, Campana or Brantley. Or be a little...more...patient?
Eric Karabell (3:09 PM)
I think Maybin is worth waiting for.
Chris (Burlington, KY)
Would you rather hive Miguel Cabrera or Matt Kemp?
Eric Karabell (3:09 PM)
Kemp because of the steals, but each is in my top 5 overall.
Felix Doubront (Boston)
What's your take on on Felix Doubront? He has been the Red Sox BEST SP thus far up to this point...Legit?
Eric Karabell (3:10 PM)
I don't see him getting better than this, while Lester and Beckett should revert to form, but yes, Doubront is legit. Nothing in his numbers screams fluke start.
JD (LA)
Start Lester vs DET?
Eric Karabell (3:10 PM)
Never sit Lester.
Aidan (Boston)
What's your prediction for Roy Oswalt? Someone to worth snatching up?
Eric Karabell (3:10 PM)
Blogged about him this morning, with the feeling that he's getting overrated in real life and fantasy. But certainly if you're not dropping anything important I'd take a shot on him.
Kevin (Maryland)
Is Bud Norris legit? Looking to add a SP with Doc on the DL
Eric Karabell (3:11 PM)
Yes, he is legit for usable ERA/WHIP and strikeouts.
Barry (Chi-town)
Why isn't anyone buying into Viciedo? His BABIP is not only sustainable, its probably low if anything. Tank is a great bad ball hitter. What say you for ROS?
Eric Karabell (3:12 PM)
Blogged about him this afternoon! I think the power is legit, but watch out for a big drop in batting average. The guy has 4 walks. Not this week, not this month, but this YEAR. That's incomprehensible.
Jordan (Boulder)
Liriano today: 6IP 3H 2BB 9K. What a tease
Eric Karabell (3:12 PM)
Exactly. I have no confidence whatsoever that it's the beginning of something good and I still would not add him unless it's a bench spot and I have someone worse to cut.
Chris (Cincinnati, OH)
Matt Moore's most recent start. Start of good things to come?
Eric Karabell (3:12 PM)
Yes. Potential monster lurking on some free agent wires.
robo (NJ)
Who do you like better for the rest of the season. Jayson Heyward or Carlos Beltran?
Eric Karabell (3:13 PM)
Definitely Beltran, but I wouldn't cut Heyward in a 10-teamer. Beltran is just incredible.
Dexter Fowler (Colorado)
Is Dexter Fowler FINALLY turning the corner? Ever since the 2nd half of last season his #'s have been pretty strong.
Eric Karabell (3:14 PM)
I trust him a bit more than Liriano, but again, he's done this to everyone before. Really good numbers, though.
Randy (Chicago)
Drop Swisher for Chris Davis?
Eric Karabell (3:14 PM)
Absolutely not. Why?
Brian (NY)
Thoughts on Everth Cabrera?
Eric Karabell (3:15 PM)
Can't really hit much, and doesn't have power or on-base skills for the level, but could he steal 20-25 bases with regular playing time? Sure.
Chris (Cincinnati, OH)
Allen Craig can't seem to stay healthy. Think he's on and off the DL all year? Guy can rake.
Eric Karabell (3:16 PM)
I'm not entirely sure he's a brittle guy, but perhaps just unlucky. But yeah, he can rake. With Matt Adams hitting the Cardinals can use Craig semi-regularly all over the place. Adams is legit and it's not a surprise.
Billy (Boston)
Dumped Masterson after last night, no looking back right?
Eric Karabell (3:16 PM)
I don't see a reason to expect 2011 numbers, no. Walks weren't a problem last night but he was so hittable. Not the same guy for some reason, and it's probably location.
Jonathon (Tampa)
Who would you rather have ROS: Aramis or Moose?
Eric Karabell (3:17 PM)
Moustakas has upside. Aramis could get hot at any time I suppose, but his slow start was so predictable - I did write/say it often - and kudos to Moose for breaking out. He's even played reasonably well defensively.
Rusty (Chicago)
Just traded Lance Lynn and Chris Sale for Matt Cain. Thinking about the playoffs and worried about a potential innings cap for both pitchers. Good trade?
Eric Karabell (3:18 PM)
Yeah, that makes sense. I don't see major performance dropoff from Lynn or Sale, but you're right, they probably won't pitch much in September.
Paul (PA)
Is James McDonald trust-worthy yet?
Eric Karabell (3:18 PM)
Yeah, I've reluctantly gotten to that point.
RJ (NY)
Over/Under 12 wins for Cliff Lee
Eric Karabell (3:18 PM)
Over. Believe it or not.
Dave (New York)
Quentin just homered again - pick him up over Soriano?
Eric Karabell (3:19 PM)
Yikes. Those are the choices? Sure, but be wary of Quentin's durability and what happens when those fly balls don't leave Petco Park.
Pete (NYC)
Looking to offer up Peavy and Strarsburg for an elite arm like Verlander. Good idea or stay put?
Eric Karabell (3:19 PM)
Depends a bit on your depth, but sure, it makes sense. I think Strasburg might be on par with Verlander until he's shut down.
Justin Smoak (Batting Cage)
Can I get a full healthy season before everyone judges me?
Eric Karabell (3:20 PM)
Well, staying healthy is a skill, too, and while I don't think everyone has given up on Smoak, the fact is he's got a lot to prove. And we need more than a few weeks of it.
Chuck Knoblauch (New York)
What's your take on Dustin Ackley? He's kind of been a disappointment this season
Eric Karabell (3:21 PM)
I concur. I expected close to .300, which is still very possible, but a bit more pop. A double-double guy. He can still do it.
El Guapo (Santa Polco)
Remind me why you were so low on Aramis. Is he a good buy low or should people just avoid him?
Eric Karabell (3:21 PM)
Old. Slow. Only hit at Wrigley. Still somewhat a buy low but I took the under on 25 HR in March.
Joe (Towson)
What do the Os do with Mark Reynolds? They can't keep him in the lineup alongside Davis. The Ks are mounting. Coudl they find a trade partner? Bucs?
Eric Karabell (3:24 PM)
Major league teams don't care nearly as much about hitter strikeouts as fantasy owners do, which makes no sense. They're really just outs.
Dan (FL)
Re: Matt Adams.. Wouldn't you be selling with Craig looming and Berkman coming back in 2 months?
Eric Karabell (3:24 PM)
In theory yes, but I think Adams is legit and I'm still a bit skeptical Berkman is a factor by August.
James (Portland)
Someone dropped Carlos Santana in my 10 team roto. I don't need him per se but is he a good stash for trade bait?
Eric Karabell (3:25 PM)
Trading isn't so easy in shallow leagues, as the guy that dumped a top-5 catcher probably learned. But yes, in theory add him and ask questions later.
Jeff (NY)
Cut Carl Crawford loose so I can keep Lucroy on my DL?
Eric Karabell (3:26 PM)
As awesome as Lucroy was, in a 10-team standard league I can't make the case. There are many catchers in a shallow format. And I don't even like Crawford.
Dylan (Madison)
Chris Perez. Emotional, motivating athlete or arrogant, immature athlete?
Eric Karabell (3:27 PM)
Overrated closer I'd try to peddle fast before he ends up with 4 save opps in a month. Couldn't care at all about his attitude, though. I keep my mouth shut when I have something mean to say...
Timmy (Cleveland)
You worried about Adrian Gonzalez at all? Seems like Pujols early season struggles took a lot of attention of Gonzo's struggles. Trade him for Beltran and Trout in a keeper?
Eric Karabell (3:28 PM)
Even if Gonzalez was hitting like a champ I'd consider that deal. Trout is going to be one of the top 10 fantasy players by 2014. I believe that. Monster player.
Edmund (Newark, NJ)
Zobrist is killing me. How long do I wait before trading him? Im getting offers for him daily. Would you trade him for say Brett Gardner coming off the DL?
Eric Karabell (3:29 PM)
I'd keep him. If the offer is good enough, though, sure. Gardner is a big-time base stealer and should be back soon. That's a semi-fair trade.
Kevin (Long Island - NY)
Quentin? or LaHair ROS?
Eric Karabell (3:29 PM)
LaHair. I have little confidence in Quentin hitting at SD and staying healthy.
Andrew (MI)
Do you think AJ Green or Ryan Mathews is a better player in a league with standard everything, and 3 keepers?
Eric Karabell (3:30 PM)
Football!!! I think I'd keep Mathews, personally. Far fewer top running backs than wide receivers. Green is awesome, but there's some position scarcity going on here.
Mike (Wichita)
Never too early for a FF!! Keeper League ?-- We get 2 Keepers. My first Keeper is a no-brainer in Ray Rice. Who should be my 2nd outta this bunch = Fitz, DMC, JGraham, & DThomas?
Eric Karabell (3:30 PM)
More football!!! I'd keep Fitzgerald. You know what you're gonna get, and you'll get it for a few more years at least.
Joffrey (Iron Throne)
Any word on when we will see Wil Myers?
Eric Karabell (3:31 PM)
I doubt it's before the All-Star break, as the Royals don't have a clear place to play him. Center field? I suppose, but I think they want Cain to play, too.
Frankie (Office Pretending to Work)
#FreeTrevorBauer!!!!!! ..do you agree??!?!?!?.. losing Weaver is making me desperate
Eric Karabell (3:31 PM)
Yes, he should be up already. He's good enough.
AK (Milwaukee)
Bautista for Kershaw? Just had Weaver go down and need a bump in pitching.
Eric Karabell (3:32 PM)
Perfectly legit. But look at free agency too, you might be able to fake it for a month. I'd do that.
Nick (HD) [via mobile]
Am I crazy to be considering Shady McCoy #1 overall?
Eric Karabell (3:32 PM)
I think any of the top 3 running backs are strong candidates for the first pick.
Powerade Zero (Tastes Good)
What to do with Pedroia?
Eric Karabell (3:34 PM)
Wait it out. He's a top 15 player overall and worth waiting for. Hopefully he avoids the DL and keeps on hitting.
Crazy People (NYC)
McCann just dropped - no-brainer WW claim right? I have Mauer
Eric Karabell (3:34 PM)
Sure.
TC (Boston)
Vogelsong or Dubront?
Eric Karabell (3:34 PM)
Vogelsong. I trust him a bit more.
Steve (NC)
Jamaal Charles, Steven jackson, Fred Jackson, Demarco Murray, Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan. Which two do I keep? Thanks
Eric Karabell (3:35 PM)
I'd keep Charles and Murray, but the case could be made for either Jackson, I suppose. I wouldn't keep those QBs.
Dave (CT)
A little shocked to say this but.....Homer Bailey has impressed me lately.....how about you?
Eric Karabell (3:35 PM)
Thank Pittsburgh. One good start, one bad start, that's Homer.
Rasheed (Baltimore)
Did we see the real Pettitte last night? Would you rather have him or Vogelsong (wins count)?
Eric Karabell (3:36 PM)
Pettitte. I believe. And he wasn't bad last night. I watched. Line scores can be deceiving.
Nerns (Work)
Trying to milk a few saves w/o paying for a closer....I have Holland/Downs/Cook. Will it work?
Eric Karabell (3:36 PM)
Probably not. At least not anytime soon.
Tim (NY)
Colby Rasmus...is he worth owning in 10 team mixed leagues? Would you pick him up over guys like Fowler and Venable?
Eric Karabell (3:36 PM)
Tough one. He's so perplexing. I'd go Fowler first, then Rasmus and then Venable.
Ryan (Miami)
Will James Russell remain the closer for the Cubs ROS? Thanks!
Eric Karabell (3:37 PM)
Absolutely not. He's not that good.
steve (desk)
Football keeper question: nicks 8th rd, colston 7th rd, harvin 6th rd, F. Jackson 4th rd...which you keeping non ppr
Eric Karabell (3:37 PM)
Nicks. And the round didn't matter there.
Steve (Babylon)
Whats up with Heyward? Drop him for Fowler if you need the speed? Seems like Heyward never lives up to this "potential".
Eric Karabell (3:37 PM)
He's 22. Few of us do live up to potential at that age. No. Keep Jason.
Bud Light Lime (Tastes Awful)
Jose Reyes a good buy low(ish)? Guy in my league put him on the block...
Eric Karabell (3:38 PM)
Definitely. Few concerns there.
Chris (Richmond)
12-team, keep-12. I've been offered Capuano and D Hudson for Lawrie. I also have Joey Bats at 3B. Pitchers would join Haren, Anibal, Wandy, Wei-Yin and Dickey. I would give up my spot for streaming.
Eric Karabell (3:38 PM)
I'd keep Lawrie. Potential top 25 player next year. Doesn't matter that you have Bautista already; he won't be 3B in 2013.
Tim (Maryland)
With Weaver going down I need some pitching help, who would you target in exchange for Melky?
Eric Karabell (3:39 PM)
Verlander. But I wouldn't expect to get him. How can I possibly know what someone in your league would pay for Melky? I think he's legit, actually. Aim high and work your way down if you can't get a top-30 starter.
Dave (Boston)
Still holding out hope for Bailey. Am I wasting my DL space?
Eric Karabell (3:40 PM)
Not at all. Valentine doesn't even know what he's thinking for when Bailey returns, trust me.
Scott (Scottsdale)
How do you think Heath Bell does ROY? Seems to have progressed from horrible to partly horrible.
Eric Karabell (3:41 PM)
I think he saves 30 games. Might be awful ERA/WHIP, but Ozzie will force him into closing and get the saves. And this will be more proof that the closer role is a fallacy. Anyone can close.
Dave (Boston)
EK: What will Oakland's outfield look like with Manny and Yoenis coming back? Who loses most?
Eric Karabell (3:42 PM)
Manny is not bringing his glove to Oakland. He's the DH. Kila will stop playing, or platoon. But Manny won't hit so it's all a bit ridiculous.
Mike (Pittsburgh)
You said trade Morneau fast. Would you trade him for Allen Craig?
Eric Karabell (3:42 PM)
Yeah, I probably would. And it's a shame it's come to this, but let's be realistic.
Tom (Here and There)
EK, from your standpoint...have you ever seen so many big names go down so fast this year??? its like they are dropping like flies
Eric Karabell (3:43 PM)
Injuries are the great equalizer in fantasy sports... proof you can never have enough depth and never stop trying to improve your team.
Tim (Horseheads, N.Y.)
I own Peyton, Demaryius Thomas, AP, Nicks and I have to pick my 5th keeper between Mike Williams (TB), Mendenhall, or Britt? These 3 players can grey a man's hair fast.
Eric Karabell (3:43 PM)
Yikes. I say Britt; potential is there for him to be a top-10 WR. I mean, the skills are clear. You can draft 20 guys like Mike Williams...
Bob (Philly)
Is now the time to trade Morneau for Choo? Who wins?
Eric Karabell (3:44 PM)
Definitely Choo. Get him now.
Dave (Philly)
EK you were big on Hosmer just traded himHosmer/arod for Ethier. Thoughts.
Eric Karabell (3:45 PM)
Not a trade I would have made, but since I didn't, it's ok!
EJ (NC)
Eric who'd you rather have as a 5th OF/Utility: Heisey,Abreu,G.Blanco or T.Greene?
Eric Karabell (3:45 PM)
Probably Tyler Greene of the Cards; guy has pop and speed and can play middle infield.
Eric (CO)
Thoughts on Rajai Davis now that Thames was sent down and it looks like he'll play more often?
Eric Karabell (3:46 PM)
Seems like a short-term opp to me. Gotta think Snider is back in Toronto soon, and remember that Vlad is lurking, too.
Brian (Boston, MA)
Ian Kennedy has been bad lately. Would you rather have Buerhle, Zambrano, or Schrezer over him?
Eric Karabell (3:46 PM)
No on all three. Keep Ian.
Del Griffith (Braidwood Inn)
Is Delmon Young worth holding on to this year?
Eric Karabell (3:46 PM)
Bad guy, bad player. Bad idea to hold him.
Scott (Scottsdale)
re: Morneau. Trade him because he'll surely be on the DL again or because he's just not that good anymore....or both?
Eric Karabell (3:47 PM)
Unfortunately, combination of the two.
Joe (OC)
EK, will Brett Anderson have an impact? Worth stashing now in a 12 team league if I need pitching?
Eric Karabell (3:47 PM)
Yeah, I'm fine with that. Should pitch in August.
Fred (Iowa)
You wrote awhile ago about LoMo and hoping for some improvement with his move to first. Has your opinion changed at all?
Eric Karabell (3:47 PM)
Still optimistic. There's a patient slugger lurking there. It will happen.
John (Los Angeles)
Reminder regarding earlier question, the guy who needs a closer and would trade Stubbs for Axford -- by giving up too much value he would essentially be paying for saves, and the Earth would spin off of its axis as a consequence. Or does the "never pay for saves" mantra get a little bit overrated sometimes?
Eric Karabell (3:49 PM)
The word never should never be used. I've paid for saves when that's what I needed to win. And I don't care so much about value if that's what I need. It's a wise mantra...but yeah, if it helps my team to trade for a closer, I do it. We all would.
Dan Haren (LA)
Am I in the clear yet? Or are there still doubters?
Eric Karabell (3:49 PM)
Don't judge a guy with that track record in May. He's fine.
jonathan (nyc)
Reminder to the world: When someone offers you pujols for michael young and nick swisher, it doesn't matter if he's hitting .190. MAKE THE DEAL (don't end up in last like me)
Eric Karabell (3:50 PM)
Hey, I wrote/talked about this a million times... and people were like, "eh, Pujols stinks now." He doesn't stink now.
Steve (Maryland)
What are the chances Farnsworth gets his job back?
Eric Karabell (3:50 PM)
Slim. Maddon doesn't play favorites, and he's got his new closer.
Scott (Scottsdale)
A. Soriano just a hot streak play, or does he still have full season value? I think he was at least 20/80 last year.
Eric Karabell (3:51 PM)
And he should do that again, but hit .250 and set back defensive value in left field 40 years along the way.
Eric (CO)
Deal Alex Gordon and Scutaro for Pagan and Alexei? Need SB and BA.
Eric Karabell (3:51 PM)
I think people are foolish to deal Gordon away so soon. He's really good. No, I would not make that deal.
Michael (DC)
Is it possible that the Phillies will trade Lee in an attempt to clear up space to sign hamels?
Eric Karabell (3:52 PM)
Not a chance. They're 2 games out of a playoff spot. They're not selling, no matter what people tell you.
Andrew (WI)
To above: "never pay for saves" is a draft day-only thing. Once the draft is over, pay, pay pay. Work the market for saves.
Eric Karabell (3:52 PM)
To some degree, yes on this.
Ryan (Columbus)
You don't like Ethier, why?
Eric Karabell (3:52 PM)
Why don't I like Ethier? I'm just talking about that trade. He's fine.
jcwaveslider (ca)
wow, you answered a ton of Qs, thanks! Lucroy owner. I can give a good pitcher for Posey, a mid liner for Doumit or go Barajas for a few weeks
Eric Karabell (3:53 PM)
If you can recoup a decent pitcher off free agency, then Posey. If not, then Barajas should jack some HR in the next few weeks. It's only a few weeks.
Smiddy (Van Nuys)
EK! Who's your favorite player all-time??
Eric Karabell (3:53 PM)
Michael Jack Schmidt.
Matt (Boise)
What league are people playing in where McCann and Santana are being dropped? They are top 5 catchers!!! Additionally, how deep of a league do you need to be in to considering rostering Delmon Young???
Eric Karabell (3:54 PM)
You'd be surprised, but it's legit. I'm in a 20-teamer... you should see who is owned there.
Paul (PA)
Trout or Desmond Jennings for ROS?
Eric Karabell (3:54 PM)
Trout. Sign me up.
Jeff (NY)
Is Von Hayes possibly the best baseball name of the last 30 years?
Eric Karabell (3:55 PM)
Man, just seeing that name still disappoints me. So much promise.
Rob (Frankfort, IL )
FOOTBALL!!! Two keepers, three options...DeMarco Murray, Jordy Nelson or Mike Wallace...
Eric Karabell (3:55 PM)
Send Jordy back.
Brian (Baltimore)
Another Football Question Which 2 would you Keep Ryan Matthews, Jamaal Charles and Mike Vick???
Eric Karabell (3:55 PM)
Send Vick back. Don't keep QBs!
Jack (Georgia)
Carlos Quentin just jacked his 3rd homerun in as many games. He's hitting 50 this year. Not a question.
Eric Karabell (3:56 PM)
Whatever you say.
Mark (Miami)
Who would you stash Rizzo or Bauer?
Eric Karabell (3:56 PM)
Bauer. Real difference maker.
Ryan (Rockland)
hey EK, what do you think of getting Kinsler in return for Kendrick and Sale?
Eric Karabell (3:56 PM)
Love it.
Steve (NJ)
Quentin just homered for the second time today...Care to re-think that one? Also Bauer up before the ASB?
Eric Karabell (3:57 PM)
You're kidding, right? Sell now. And no on Bauer up before July.
robo (NJ)
is Kipnis what we expected Ackley to be?
Eric Karabell (3:57 PM)
Better, really. And totally legit.
Tom (LA)
It's safe to say that Brennan Boesch isn't going to turn it around this year, right?
Eric Karabell (3:58 PM)
I think most people foolishly overrated him based solely on his projected lineup spot. And yet they still argue average players can become stars if they bat second. Um, nope.
Candy (Slippery Rock)
Hello Mr. Karabell, can we expect Todd Frazier to be the regular third baseman for the Reds?
Eric Karabell (3:58 PM)
Absolutely, 15 home runs coming.
jonathan (nyc)
why so confident that Zobrist rebounds? You've been consistent for weeks which i respect.
Eric Karabell (3:59 PM)
Check his past three seasons. Might not hit .260, but the power, speed, walks, all there.
Bryan (California)
How much playing time will Matsui get after Jennings returns?
Eric Karabell (3:59 PM)
Not enough. And it matters what Luke Scott does.
Eric Karabell (4:00 PM)
OK, thanks to all for the great questions, hopefully I got to yours! Have a great day and best of luck in your leagues!
