Of course, should he have SS eligibility, he's far more valuable than if he does not. However, why are we already choosing our keepers in August? Injuries, trades, free agent signings, new managers -- so much can still change. Don't overthink it right now.

Generally speaking, I like to have a full lineup (other than K) in place and then it's a question of whether or not the best RB/WR option is worth taking over the D. I'll happily settle for any D in my top 5-7, so I'm in no rush.

Just not my cup of tea. I think there's far too much on the waiver wire in those leagues, so injuries end up not being a big deal and teams don't have to trade b/c there's tons of available talent.

I think Schiano is going to let both guys have a chance to earn the No. 1 job and in the end it will be a time-share of sorts. Both could easily be worthy of a No. 4 fantasy spot.

I don't think you need handcuff Spiller to Jackson so much as all RBs require a few No. 2 guys as potential injury replacements. Doesn't "have" to be from same team as much as it used to when everybody had just 1 RB in the backfield all 4 downs.
