How do value Rashad Jennings this week only? High enough to start over Fitzgerald at the flex spot in a non-ppr? Percy and Nicks are my WRs with Lloyd and Britt on the bench.

Jennings will certainly see enough touches to have success. Over Fitz? It's close. Flex rankings out Thursday, and Fitz/Jennings will be in the 30s. Flip a coin. I'd go Fitz.

Hey Eric would it be crazy to start R Cobb and E Decker over my struggling blue chip wrs Fitzgerald and H Nicks? Fitz has a up and down QB against a tough 49ers defense and Nicks just doesnt look 100% yet.

I don't think that's crazy; it's a good defense, a good kicker... and a good tight end. Now if you had Ponder or Peterson as well, that would be a bit much, but don't ever worry about the kicker.

I may have missed the sell high point on Ridley but am a bit leary of playing him. What is a reasonable target for a Romo owner? I have CJ, Fjax, BJGE and Murray as well.

I'd sell high on Ridley for two reasons: One, the schedule in December is tough. Two, Belichick could easily stop using him this much, go with Vereen/Woodhead or simply have Brady throw more. And what is "reasonable"? I've seen many owners do unreasonable things. Throw his name out there and see what you get back.

I think it's a bit early to presume Alfred Morris is a safe keeper and future stud on McCoy's level, but right now they're pretty even. HUGE game for Eagles this week. Like, if they get trounced questions about coach and Vick and ... ugly.

I don't think he's that good, but my colleagues disagree. The key point is the opportunity; if Jones-Drew returns in a week or two, then Jennings isn't worth it. We don't know. But I rarely spend ALL my FAAB in one place. Can't recall ever doing it.

The McCoy/Thomas side. I'm thisclose to saying Calvin Johnson, as awesome as he is, won't finish in the top 10 WRs. He's not there right now and he still has no TD catches from Matthew Stafford, who is a mess. Megatron is having that Larry Fitzgerald year because his QB is a mess.

COMMISH QUESTION... Eric, someone just traded RGIII for Sproles, straight up, because he "already has Vick and thinks he's due for a big second half." The league is up in arms, and I think it's a ridiculous trade myself, but is it fair to veto it if the recipient thinks it's "fair"?

Veto power is a dangerous thing. Is their collusion? You can't veto stupidity, and I mean that in the best way possible. It's their team. But if they conspired in the deal, then veto it. You'd have to know the people involved. Vick for Sproles would actually make sense to me...

One of the rare examples of a guy getting so many targets and doing little with them. As one of the lone dissenters on Lloyd from August, can't say I'm surprised, but this is past the point of making sense.

Value depends on the people involved. Some might value Green as a top-20 RB. I don't. Cobb is fair, but shoot higher and work your way backward, just in case someone really overpays.

I would think the Colts are open to this possibility, or perhaps Brown is used more to catch passes. Bills-type split? I don't think Ballard is great, but if he can block, and Brown is still gimpy, they split things.

Jennings would start. Packers have depth, and perhaps Jennings is being treated with more caution because of Cobb and James Jones, but let's be clear, he's gonna see targets when he returns.

Your team's record should have no bearing on trading. An 0-7 team making bad trades doesn't help either. And there's no truth that "trading just to trade" helps things. Always look to improve, plan ahead. If you can lose a game or two then you can make sure your roster is December ready, take a chance or two.

Any concerns with Ray Rice? Worried that the defense might be so bad that they are always playing from behind. I know it's only one game, just thinking long-term.

I'll put it this way: It's the best D in fantasy, but it's not going to finish 11th in overall scoring, as it is now. I mean, the 49ers last year was a great D and it finished 41st. SO I would sell high but I also expect the Bears to finish No. 1. Target whatever you can get, top 20 RB or WR.

More on the Bears D...shouldn't you expect/only accept a lot back since you are, in theory, trading away an advantage over the entire field? Tat D gives a weekly edge over everyone, similar to the way Foster at RB or Rodgers at QB does, no?

In theory, but I don't see them keeping up this scoring pace, either. I mean, no D has been a top-10 overall play. I don't think it's the same as QB or RB.

I think Gates will disappoint, but those aren't the backup tight ends I'd want to rely on, either. I don't see Cooley having much impact, for example.

I can't possibly know what someone would or would not do in a trade. Try the 1-for-1. I wouldn't offer Wallace as well, no matter how much depth you have.

Pressing Issue in our league....Last week, I had Ryan on a bye, no quarterback on my bench. Another guy had Eli and Fitzpatrick. Since he didnt need Fitz, I proposed him a trade he accepted...Fitz for Devery. He being a Raiders fan used D. Moore instead of Devery and won...I won by 50+, with Fitz scoring 25. Since I only needed a qb for one week, he knew I was gonna drop him. so last night he asked if I'd trade him back. I said whoever you trade back I'm just gonna drop because I need a RB (have Foster, Spiller, Mendy, Stewart). So we just trade back and he picks up Bradford for Fitz and I'm still stuck with Devery, because of my low waiver order, with garbage in free agency. I look up and some in the league say we cheated because we traded back. Mind you, I'm now in first place and just picked Devery up when Graham got hurt and haven't used him. I can maybe see their side, but are they right in their accusation, considering how it played out?

If you have enough depth, yes. But Rice is not only a RB1, he's No. 2 overall. For the No. 9 guy, like a Alfred Morris, not so sure.

If it's A.J. Green and you have a QB, sure. But what do you care if a trade is fair? It's your job to win (and have fun doing it). Whether a trade is fair or not is irrelevant.
