Darryl Strawberry
Strawberry entered the Mets Hall of Fame in 2010.

Welcome to SportsNation! On Monday, we bring in one of the biggest sluggers in New York Mets history when four-time World Series champion Darryl Strawberry stops by to chat.

After winning the 1983 Rookie of the Year, Strawberry went to eight straight All-Star games (seven with the Mets and one with the Dodgers). One of the most feared home run hitters of the 1980s, Strawberry hit 25 or more home runs in nine straight seasons to start his career. He led the National League in home runs in 1988 (39) and his 252 career homers as a Met is still a franchise record.

Strawberry is helping the Mets celebrate the 2013 MLB season as Mets tickets go on sale exclusively to Citi customers prior to being released to the public. The sale lasts from Monday through Wednesday.

Send your questions now and join Strawberry Monday at 2 p.m. ET!
