Thanks for coming to the pre-draft chat. I'll be here for the next 30 minutes. I'll be on a flight tomorrow to cover the draft from Browns headquarters in Cleveland. Let's kick off the chat ...

I believe that DeAndre Hopkins is the best fit for the Ravens, at WR, even with the trashed-motel-room rumors. What are your thoughts on him, as a fit? Do you think Baltimore could walk-away with him and DJ Swearinger, with their first two picks?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:03 PM)
Hopkins should be there for the Ravens at No. 32 and I believe he fits them. He's a younger Anquan Boldin. As far as Swearinger, there is a chance he will fall to the bottom of the second round. Scouts Inc. has him going to the Bengals in the second round, before the Ravens are on the clock. You have to like his aggressive playing style.
Rodney Stokes (Seattle) [via mobile]
If EJ Manuel is drafted this year for the Cleveland Browns what does that say for us if we have the opportunity to get a QB next year
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:05 PM)
The only way the Browns get Manuel is if they pick up a second-round pick. I don't see him lasting to the third round.
Daniel Cleves (Cincinnati)
What do you think the better pick for the bengals is at 21: Johnathon Cyprien, Matt Elam or an offensive linemen?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:06 PM)
The Bengals will take Cyprien over Elam. Marvin Lewis sounds confident that Andre Smith will get re-signed, so I don't think the Bengals have their sights set on an offensive tackle early.
Duane Roberts-Altoona, Pa [via mobile]
Do u think their is a chance the Steelers take T.Austin on the 1st round since we need a playmaker, or go with T.Eifert?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:07 PM)
Austin doesn't get past the Rams at No. 16. And Eifert may not be there either. Sounds like he is rising pretty fast.
Bob (Charleston, SC)
do the Browns take a "stretch" and draft Denard Robinson early? Seems to be a similar and logical replacement for an athlete like Cribbs, WR, returns, wildcat?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:07 PM)
Robinson should be there in the fourth round. He has been compared to Josh Cribbs. I see the Bengals taking more of a chance with Robinson than the Browns.
What is the probability Jarvis Jones ends up in Cleveland?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:08 PM)
Definitely not at No. 6. And I honestly don't see it if the Browns trade back to No. 11 or No. 12.
Ravenous128 (Columbia, MD)
Jamison - since the Ravens' draft strategy usually consists of the "BPA" approach, is it fair to say that we have no idea what Ozzie will do? The Ravens have a number of needs and a number of picks; I'd have to think that need will figure into these picks somewhere. Thanks.
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:09 PM)
It's all educated guess work. I had the Ravens taking Jimmy Smith in 2011 and Courtney Upshaw in 2012. So you do get a sense of the type of player they're interested in.
Hey Jamison, The Browns are for sure one of the big wildcards for the draft. I have read about 100 mock drafts and articles and my hunch is still pass rusher despite need at CB. If Jordan by some miracle falls to 6 I think its a slam dunk. Otherwise its Ziggy, or trade back and hope Mingo is still there. What is your last and final hunch before tomorrow? Thanks
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:11 PM)
If you're taking pass rushers, I see the Browns' pecking order as: Jordan, Mingo and then Ansah. Like you, I think it's a slam dunk to take Jordan if he's there at No. 6.
Justin Nalley (Canton, Ohio)
Looks like Browns FA Signing Quentin Groves was arrested in a prostitution Sting. How does this affect our Draft Plans now?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:12 PM)
Groves is backup LB. How does that change things?
Like in the Blogger draft yesterday - if DeAndre Hopkins drops into the second round can he make it to the Bengals?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:13 PM)
If Hopkins falls in the second round, I'm not sure he makes it past the Steelers. So, I don't see him dropping to the Bengals.
The blogers mock dreft yeserday had no QBs and no RBs in the first round. I can not find any draft where this occured before. Do you think this is likely or do you see a QB or RB taken in the first and if so, who?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:14 PM)
I would be shocked if a QB wasn't selected in the first round. Buffalo will either take one with the No. 8 pick or trade back in the first round to get one. Philly could trade up in the first round as well.
John Allentown,pa [via mobile]
What round do you feel the Steelers will target a running back and potential suitors you feel are moat likely?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:15 PM)
Steelers will start looking at RBs in the second round. Scouts Inc. has the Steelers taking Michigan State's Le'veon Bell in the third round.
dan georgetown [via mobile]
Which afc north team has the best chance at drafting 2 or more starters?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:16 PM)
Bengals have three picks in the first two rounds. That makes them the likeliest.
Luke Harrisburg, PA [via mobile]
Any chance the Steelers go inside linebacker in round 1? I think Manti Te'o would be a good fit, considering his 3-4 experience and his leadership qualities. Thoughts? Pittsburgh hasnt had a true vocal defensive leader since Joey Porter left.
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:18 PM)
Inside linebacker is a need because Larry Foote is only going to play for one or two more years. Note sure if the Steelers take Te'o, though. I can see them going for an ILB in the middle rounds. And there is hope Sean Spence will recover from that bad knee injury and start some day.
Shawn (Taneytown MD)
Brandon Weeden was drafted last year by the Browns in the first round. Many people saw this as a "stretch" due to teem needs. Do you see the Browns making the same decision this year by taking Geno Smith at 6th overall?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:19 PM)
I would be shocked if the Browns took a quarterback in the first round. I like EJ Manuel but the Browns are going to need to acquire a second-round pick to get him.
Do you see it as a possiblity that the Bengals trade 1st round and a Fifth or so to ease up just a little to get Vaccarro?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:20 PM)
Bengals have a better chance of moving back than up. There's plenty of good safeties in this draft. Bengals don't have to move up to get one. Cyprien could be there at No. 21.
Thomas (Vienna (Austria))
Hi Jamison! How is there not more buzz about Arthur Brown. He seems to compare favourably to every other top tier prospect. One thing I have not yet heard about is his instincts, do you know something? And will he be there when the Ravens select bottom of the first round?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:22 PM)
He should be there at the bottom of the first round. Brown projects to be more of a 4-3 outside linebacker. That's why I don't have him going to the Ravens.
Im reading the Ravens are interested in trading up? Lane Johnson? Tavon Austin? Not a traditional Ravens move. What are your thoughts?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:24 PM)
Barring an unexpected free fall in the first round, I don't see the Ravens trading up for Lane Johnson. He's supposed to be a top 10 pick. The Ravens would have to trade their entire draft to move up. Don't see that happening.
Call it (what's your gut saying), will the Browns trade down or make the pick at 6?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:25 PM)
My gut says Browns' preference is to trade down. Whether that happens is anyone's guess. It depends on number of OTs taken in the top five.
let say browns trade back to 11 or 12 who do you see being the number one player for them at those pics?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:28 PM)
At that spot, OLB Mingo, TE Tyler Eifert and CBs D.J. Hayden and Desmond Trufant all makes sense. And, of course, you always have to throw in WR Tavon Austin for good measure.
WhoDey18 (Athens, OH)
Do you think Montee Ball end up in Cincy?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:29 PM)
Not the playmaker that the Bengals want at that spot.
Shane (Tunkhannock, PA)
Once again I'm sure your getting restless seeing questions about whether Andre Smith is going to resign with the bengals before the draft. Any new updates on his resigning other than what Marvin Lewis said "the sun is emerging."
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:30 PM)
I've been saying for two weeks that it would get done before the draft. Smith has to realize that it's more likely that the demand for him goes down after the draft. Doesn't make sense to me.
Will Tommy Streeter start next year opposite Torrey?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:32 PM)
You mean Tommy Streeter who was a sixth-round pick who didn't play a down last year? I would rather split out Pitta.
Jamison Hensley (ESPN) (2:32 PM)
Thanks for all of the good draft questions. Have to run. Doing a hit on SportsCenter for the mock draft. Talk to you next week.
