Since appointed president in 2001, White has helped spread the UFC to nearly 150 countries, broadcasted in more than 30 languages.

Welcome to SportsNation! On Wednesday, UFC president Dana White stops by to chat about Saturday's UFC 172 that features Jon "Bones" Jones in the main event, defending his light heavyweight title against Glove Teixeira.

Baltimore Arena hosts the event, whose main card begins at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT on Pay-Per-View. Jones is making his seventh title defense since winning the light heavyweight belt in March 2011, when, at 23, he became the youngest UFC champion in history.

White, @danawhite, began his career in MMA as a manager to such fighters as Tito Ortiz and Chuck Liddell. However, in 2001, White's childhood friend Lorenzo Fertitta's company Zuffa, LLC bought the UFC and installed White as president.

Send your questions now and then join White Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. ET!
