Ryan Howard
In his first two full seasons in MLB, Ryan Howard won the 2005 Rookie of the Year and 2006 NL MVP.

Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, Philadelphia Phillies' first baseman Ryan Howard drops by to chat about the MLB season, as well as his work with the Little League World Series.

A member of the 50-home run club, Howard became the fastest player to reach both the 100 and 200 home run marks. He is a five-time all-star and was a member of the 2008 World Series champion Phillies.

Howard is working with Subway and Little League to get all current and former Little League players to participate in Thursday's Little League Throw Back Thursday, by posting pictures on social media to @SUBWAY with the tag #LittleLeagueTBT. For every submission, Subway will make a donation to support the Little League Challenger Division.

Send your questions now and join Howard Thursday at 2 p.m. ET!
