Boston Celtics Executive Director of Basketball Operations Danny Ainge will chat live on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. on Celtics.com.

Ainge is entering his second NBA Draft as Executive Director of Basketball Operations of the Boston Celtics. In 2003 he engineered a draft night trade that brought the draft rights of Marcus Banks and Kendrick Perkins to the Celtics in exchange for sending the draft rights of Troy Bell and Dahntay Jones to Memphis.

During his 14-year playing career in the NBA, Ainge won two World Championships with Boston (1984, 1986) and appeared in six NBA Finals (four with Boston). He ranks third in NBA playoff history in games played (193) and ranks sixth in most three pointers made (172). Upon his retirement, Ainge was one of three players in NBA history to make 1,000 or more career three-pointers (1,002), along with Dale Ellis and Reggie Miller.

Ainge and his scouting department have been hard at work preparing for the 2004 NBA Draft. The Celtics hold four picks in the June 24 draft, including #15, #24 and #25 in the first round.

Got a question for Danny? Send it in now and check back on Wednesday at 1 p.m. to chat live.
