Bowe's impressive boxing career has spanned 16 years. In 1992, he was the undisputed heavyweight champion after defeating Evander Holyfield. Bowe held one world title as late as 1996. He retired from boxing in 1997, but began a comeback last September when he knocked out journeyman Marcus Rhode in Oklahoma.

Bowe is training in Nashville under Jimmy Adams, and hopes to fight March 12 and April 2 in Memphis.
