Tony DiCicco is president of SoccerPlus Camps, based in Farmington, Conn. He is the former head coach for the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team and former commissioner of the now-defunct Women's United Soccer Association. A former All-American goalkeeper at Springfield College in Massachusetts, Tony he played for the US National Soccer Team in 1973.
In 1994, DiCicco was named head coach of the U.S. women's national team. He led the team to an Olympic gold medal at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, and a world championship in 1999. DiCicco resigned later that year with an overall record of 103-8-8, the highest winning percentage of any coach in U.S. national team history.
