The Wizards (42-35) defeated the Buck 119-112 last night, moving them closer to their first playoff berth since 1997. The win also clinched the Wizards' first winning season since 1998. Haywood has not seen action since injuring his left thumb while trying to block a shot in the fourth quarter of a 98-94 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on March 25.
