Welcome to The Show! On Friday, Seattle Storm guard Sue Bird will stop by to chat about the upcoming WNBA season.

Bird helped lead the Storm to the 2004 WNBA Championship, becoming just the sixth player ever to win an NCAA Championship, a WNBA Championship and an Olympic gold medal. Bird also won a national high-school championship at Christ the King High School. From her rookie campaign in 2003 to 2004, Bird's field-goal percentage improved from 42.1% to 46.3% and her three-point percentage went from 35.0% to 43.8%. This past season, Bird ranked in the WNBA's top ten in all three categories of shooting percentage.

The Storm will kick off the 2005 season on Sat., May 21 with a home game against the Los Angeles Sparks (4 p.m. ET, ABC). You can also see Bird travel back to her college stomping grounds when the Storm hit the road to take on the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday, June 7 (8 p.m. ET, ESPN2).
