Bell started 32 of his 63 games this season for the Jazz, averaging a career-high 28.4 minutes and 12.3 points. In his fifth season out of Florida International, Bell has gone from an afterthought at the end of the bench to one of the league's more underrated performers. A native of the Virgin Islands, Bell also has keen insight on the road to the NBA taken by Tim Duncan.
