The Ultimate Fighter 18 debuts Sept. 4 on Fox Sports.

Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, we're going inside the octagon to chat when the coaches from The Ultimate Fighter 18, Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate, stop by to chat. The two will also square off at UFC 168 on Dec. 28 in Las Vegas.

Rousey (chats at 2 p.m. ET), @RondaRousey, one of the premiere women's fighters, has not needed more than one round to win each of her seven career fights. She defended her UFC bantamweight title in her last fight in February with an armbar submission of Liz Carmouche.

Tate (2:20 p.m. ET), @MieshaTate, signed with UFC in February and made her debut at The Ultimate Fighter 17 finale against Cat Zingano. Tate (13-4) lost to Rousey in March 2012 when the two fought for the Strikeforce bantamweight title.

Send your questions now and join the chat Thursday at 2 p.m. ET!
