NFC Championship Game

Having split their previous two meetings this season, the Seahawks and 49ers will meet for a third time in the NFC Championship Game with a trip to Super Bowl XLVIII on the line. The Seahawks reached the game after a 23-15 win over New Orleans at home while the 49ers edged the Packers 23-20 in the wild-card round and traveled to Charlotte where they beat Cam Newton and the Panthers 23-10 in the divisional round. Are the Seahawks and 49ers the NFL's best current rivalry? Which quarterback would you rather have?

NFL Divisional Round Pick 'Em!

And then there were eight. With the Cincinnati Bengals, Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles all falling at home and the Kansas City Chiefs losing a heartbreaker on the road, the matchups are set for the divisional round of the NFL playoffs. And all but one is a rematch, with the San Francisco 49ers (at Carolina Panthers), New Orleans Saints (at Seattle Seahawks) and Denver Broncos (vs. San Diego Chargers) getting a chance to avenge mid- to late-season losses. In the other, a recent playoff rivalry gets rekindled: Indianapolis Colts vs. New England Patriots. Which teams will emerge victorious? What are your conference and Super Bowl picks?

Saints, Niners prevail in NFC

The wild-card round of the 2013-14 NFL playoffs nearly belonged to all the road teams. In the AFC, the Chargers beat the host Bengals, while a furious rally was all that saved the home-standing Colts versus the Chiefs. In the NFC, there were no exceptions. Thanks to last-second field goals in both games, the Saints on Saturday tipped the Eagles, and the 49ers on Sunday braved bitter-cold conditions to take out the Packers. Does either NFC team have another road win in it?
