Adam Greenberg's one at-bat in the major leagues ended in disaster when he was hit in the head. Now he'll have another opportunity to face major league pitching, as the Marlins are giving him a pinch-hit at-bat tonight. What do you think he'll do in his at-bat?

• tonel5000: "Its not like either team has anything to lose, and now is the time for teams who are not in playoff contention to try new things anyway, even if he strikes out, theres no real risk involved. He's getting to sit in the dugout with the team, he's going to be cheered on by fans, I love this move, and anyone who loves the game of baseball knows that its all about giving a guy a chance."

Adam Greenberg spent 10 years in the minor leagues, but his one at-bat in the majors ended in disaster when he was hit in the head by a pitch. Now, at 31, he's part of a campaign to get the Cubs to give him one more at-bat in their final series this season. Should they go along with it?

• steveb545454: " This reallly needs to stop. Just saying "I'm not a charity case" makes him even more of one. Hey, he made it to the bigs. Should every minor leaguer that didn't ask for one more shot? He needs to stop this side show if he has any self respect."
• RedsFaninSC: "31 years old, ok in AA ball, but not tearing it up, tried out for several teams and hasn't made it. There are a lot of career minor leaguers with the same story. Should he get preferential treatment for getting hit in the head in his first major league at bat?"
• TCassidy17: "The only reason the Cubs do not do this is because their 40 man roster is full. They aren't going to let anyone go to accommodate 1 person's hopes. I would love to see Greenberg get his at bat but I don't see it happening. "
• steve9194: "If he earns it on the field in the WBC, by all means somebody should bring him to camp, this is a great story. But he should not be given a charity at bat or sympathy tryout."
• Steven.German: "I don't see why they don't put him on their extended September roster. To quote Bob Dylan, "When you ain't got nothing, you got nothing to lose." The Cubs have NOTHING to lose."
