LeSean McCoy had an up-and-down Sunday in his return to Philadelphia.

The Buffalo Bills running back first made headlines earlier this week when he said he wouldn't talk to or shake hands with Chip Kelly, his former head coach.

Then, he kissed the Eagles' logo at midfield and hugged Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie during pregame warm-ups, before Philadelphia held on to beat Buffalo 23-20.

McCoy accounted for 109 total yards, and immediately after the game ended, he headed straight for the tunnel, true to his word on the handshake issue.

But one thing that got lost amid all of the distractions before the game was this emotional moment he shared with a Make-A-Wish patient:

Monday's headlines will also include his terse statement to reporters after the game, but moments like the one above help put everything in perspective.

After trading for LeSean McCoy and hiring Rex Ryan, the Buffalo Bills' bandwagon is filling up. Are "SportsNation's" hosts climbing aboard?

We enter the final weekend of the NFL season in the same place we were after Week 1 -- with Peyton Manning atop Dan Graizano's weekly MVP watch list. Throwing for an NFL-record 51 touchdown passes tends to have that effect on voters. Does Manning have it all but wrapped up, or could a late season push by another worthy candidate have an impact on the award's outcome? Submit your rankings!

Peyton Manning is still on top in Dan Graziano's weekly MVP watch list despite a loss to the Chargers on Thursday night (that just happened to place Philip Rivers on the list as well). Manning is still on pace to break Tom Brady's record of 50 touchdowns in a single season, but is he still worthy of the top spot? Submit your rankings!

Peyton Manning is still on top in Dan Graziano's weekly MVP watch list. Some questioned Manning's ability to perform in cold weather after a sub-par performance against the Patriots, but a four-touchdown game in sub-20 degree weather against the Titans has put a temporary halt to any such doubts. Is Manning the NFL's best player this season?
