Carlos Beltran's first tussle with Randy Johnson will come, like everything else in New York, in front of the cameras.

The two won't be in the same room, but Tuesday's dueling press conferences -- Beltran led off at 11 a.m. ET -- are the hot topic of conversation in the Big Apple. And that means, at least to some extent, the rest of the country has little choice but to hop on for the ride.
