Jason Giambi is apologizing, Jose Canseco is talking and baseball fans are stuck in the middle of yet another steroid news cycle. In a Thursday press conference, Giambi apologized for the distractions he's caused in New York over the last year, but simultaneously refused to comment on specifics of his leaked grand-jury testimony and called Canseco's allegations of steroid abuse "delusional."
