Vote: Karl Malone retires without a title

Karl Malone
Karl Malone will announce his retirement on Sunday, unable to deliver himself an NBA title during 19 otherwise glorious seasons.

One half of one of the most recognizable tandems in the game's history, Malone teamed with John Stockton in making the Utah Jazz a consistent championship contender. Along the way, he amassed more than 36,000 points and won a pair of MVP awards.

But in 18 seasons with the Jazz and one with Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant and Phil Jackson, he never won his last game of the season. So does Malone retire as one of the game's all-time greats? Or just one of the greatest to never win a title?
