Vote: NBA Age Limit?

 LeBron
LeBron James turned 20 on December 30, 2004.
What if somebody wanted to hire you for a job they felt you were qualified? What if that job paid millions of dollars? What if you couldn't be hired because you weren't at least 20 years of age?

That's the possible dilemma facing high school ballers who feel they have what it takes to make the jump straight to the NBA. Commissioner David Stern is pushing for an age limit that proponents say would help young players grow mentally and physically, while at the same time protecting roster spots for veterans. Indiana Pacers forward Jermaine O'Neal disagrees and believes the plan has racial undertones.

Which side of the fence are you on? What will happen to the quality of play in college basketball and the NBA if the age limit is introduced?
