The NFC West was arguably the worst division in football last season. Aside from when they were beating up on each other, the division accounted for a 12-26 record against the rest of the league.

Each team tried to improve this offseason, either by adding a free agent (Kurt Warner to Arizona) or drafting a potential star (Alex Smith to San Francisco).

Can the 49ers turn things around and improve on their two-win season? Are the Cardinals a real threat now with Kurt Warner? Will Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren make it to the final year of his contract?
