The Philadelphia Eagles are looking this season for their fifth straight NFC East title but the rest of the division may have something to say about that after an active offseason.

Terrell Owens will no doubt continue to be a lightning rod in Philly, even if his contract situation is resolved in the near future, and it remains to be seen whether the addition of Plaxico Burress will jump-start young quarterback Eli Manning in New York. The Redskins also upgraded their receiving corps with a pair of potential stars.

Will one of those upgraded offenses challenge Donovan McNabb's unit in Philly? Will a new defensive scheme and the players to fit that system be enough to get Bill Parcells and the Cowboys into contention? Which of the four teams in the division has the best running back?
