Baseball's trade deadline would be much easier for fans to monitor if MLB general managers would just follow our lead and use eBay to sell their old junk. But until that glorious day, fans are left to sift through the hazy cloud of rumors and conjecture, wondering if their favorite team will make a move to solidify a playoff run or ensure a brighter future.
