If your favorite NBA team is plagued by a bad contract, help is on the way. Sort of.

A provision in the new NBA collective bargaining agreement, nicknamed the ''Allan Houston Rule'', allows teams to waive one player by October and avoid the dollar-for-dollar luxury tax that player would incur. However, the contract will still count toward the salary cap.

Several teams are looking at using the provision, including the New York Knicks (Allan Houston), Dallas Mavericks (Michael Finley) and Denver Nuggets (Eduardo Najera). What should your team do? Cast your vote now!
