Vote: Can you forgive Rafael Palmeiro?


After the intial shock of a positive steroid test, the ensuing media circus and a 10-day suspension, Baltimore Orioles slugger Rafael Palmeiro is set to return to the lineup and continue his potential Hall of Fame career.

How he will be received is anyone's guess. There will most certainly be boos, but will they be sporadic, half-hearted boos or a deafening, prolonged ''booooooooo''? Can Palmeiro's return help Baltimore out of a major-league slump that has seen them lose 18 of their last 24 games? And can you ever really forgive a player for taking steroids?
