Vote: Jerry Rice calls it quits

Rice hauls in one of his 197 touchdown catches.
Through hard work and determination, Jerry Rice remained a formidable threat on the football field for 20 seasons. But his 21st proved to be too much. The holder of 38 NFL records, nicknamed G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time), Rice announced his retirement on Labor Day.

There is no arguing Rice is the greatest receiver of all-time. But he is also on the short list of the greatest players to ever play the game, regardless of position. Do Rice's staggering receiving numbers put him ahead of John Elway's passing or Walter Payton's rushing? What about the man who threw him so many of those touchdown passes, Joe Montana?

Cast your vote below and help us put Rice's amazing NFL career into perspective.
