The Miami Heat won 59 games last season and went seven games in the Eastern Conference finals. Pretty good year, right?

Not good enough, apparently.

A five-team, 13-player trade and a coaching controversy were the results of the Heat's failure to reach the NBA Finals.

The Heat brought in a lot of talent, but some wonder if the sum of the this year's parts adds up to a better team.
