Rip Hamilton has plenty to smile about this season.

There was plenty of talk when Larry Brown left Motown and arrived in the Big Apple. And there still is a lot to talk about in Detroit and New York.

Flip Saunders has taken over the defending Eastern Conference champions, and not only have the Pistons not skipped a beat, but they're the NBA's final remaining unbeaten team. Meanwhile, the grass hasn't been any shade resembling green in Larry Brown's new gig. The Knicks are still looking for their first win under Mr. Fix It.

Which coach's start with his new team surprises you the most? Which players will be most positively and negatively affected by their new coaches? Will these teams continue along their current paths? Let us hear from you, SportsNation.
