Vote: Are the Nationals real contenders?

 Alfonso Soriano
Will Soriano fit in Washington?
It's only fitting that the team representing the city responsible for shaping the nation's actual trade policy make a splash at baseball winter meetings with a blockbuster deal.

In acquiring Alfonso Soriano from the Texas Rangers for Brad Wilkerson, Terrmel Sledge and a prospect, the Nationals proved you don't need an owner to be hot-stove players.

But what's your take on the deal and Frank Robinson's team, SportsNation?

Will Soriano be a happy camper if asked to move from second base to the spacious outfield in Washington? Can the Nationals still afford to sign a pitcher to replace Esteban Loaiza? And will the Nationals get booted out of office?
