Vote: Did Marcus Vick deserve to be dismissed?

 Marcus Vick
Virginia Tech dismissed Marcus Vick from the team.
From a potential Heisman favorite to disgraced and dismissed; these aren't good days in the life of Marcus Vick.

A revelation on the field, where his speed and arm reminded many of his older brother and helped Virginia Tech come within a game of the BCS, Vick was equally troubled off the field during his time at the school. That stay came to an end on Friday, when the junior was dismissed from the football team following two notable incidents.

On Dec. 17, Vick was stopped by police and charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license. Then in the Gator Bowl, while rallying his team to victory against Louisville, Vick appeared to intentionally stop on the leg of prone Louisville DE Elvis Dumervil after the whistle.

Vick says he apologized to Dumervil after the game (although Dumervil denies receiving any apology), but the school decided to dismiss the quarterback from the team. Do you agree with the decision? Should they have allowed him back into the fold in the first place? And does he have a future in the NFL?
