(From January, 2006)Blue Jackets defenseman Bryan Berard has been suspended from international competition for two years after testing positive for a banned substance during pre-Olympic testing last November. Berard was not selected for the U.S. squad; and since the NHL's drug-testing policy just went into effect last week, the league will not take action against Berard.
If the league won't punish Berard, should the Blue Jackets take action against him? Do you agree with World Anti-Doping Agency president Dick Pound that the NHL has a drug problem?
